These terms apply to every watch purchased from Redtail Luxe. By paying for a watch, you agree to them.

Who we are
Redtail Luxe is operated by LR Cubed LLC. We are an independent reseller of pre-owned watches. We are not an authorized dealer for, or affiliated with, any of the brands we sell. Every watch we sell is second-hand.

Condition and descriptions
Every watch is inspected before it is listed. Each listing describes the condition, the included accessories, and any quirks, as accurately as we can determine. Please review the listing and photos before you pay. If something is unclear, ask us first.

 

Pricing and payment
We accept wire, Zelle, cash, and card. Wire, Zelle, and cash purchases receive a discount off the card price. Card payments are made through a secure Stripe payment link that we send you. The watch remains the property of Redtail Luxe until payment is received in full. Any fees incurred to collect payment are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Shipping
Watches ship insured. Shipping terms for your purchase are stated in your payment document or payment link. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or fees.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receipt, no questions asked, provided the watch is returned in the same condition it was received. If you return the watch within 24 hours, we cover return shipping. After 24 hours and within 14 days, a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping costs apply. After 14 days, all sales are final. Credit is applied once the watch is returned and inspected. To start a return, email bespoke@redtailluxe.com before you ship anything back.

 

Authenticity Guarantee
If a watch purchased directly from Redtail Luxe is later determined to be counterfeit or otherwise not authentic by a recognized independent authority (the original manufacturer, an authorized boutique, or a certified independent watchmaker), we will take the watch back and refund your full purchase price. The guarantee lasts as long as you own the watch, as long as no components have been replaced, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Redtail Luxe since your purchase. An inspection performed only to verify authenticity does not void it.

To make a claim, email us the reference and serial number and a short description of the concern, then send written documentation from the authority confirming the finding. Return the watch in the condition you received it, with the original accessories included at the time of sale. Once we receive and review the watch and documentation, we refund the full purchase price and cover return shipping.

The guarantee covers authenticity only. It does not cover cosmetic condition, mechanical wear, or servicing needs disclosed at the time of sale, and it does not extend to accessories, straps, or aftermarket parts sold separately from the watch.
